BOOK OF MEMORY
As part of our High Holiday traditions, we are preparing the Book of Memory to be a memorial to our departed loved ones.
You can fill out the form and pay online at Book of Memory. The cost is $10 per name.
OR
You can mail a check with the list of names to
Tree of Life Congregation, 6719 N. Trenholm Rd., Columbia, SC 29206.
Names that are memorialized on a plaque in our sanctuary will automatically be included.
Deadline to submit payment and names is Friday, September 6 if you wish to have your loved ones included in the 5784 Book of Memory.
