Deadline for receiving your form is June 20, 2022. If we have not heard from you by then, a member of our Outreach Committee will work with you to complete the membership process.

We must receive a completed form for every member household to ensure proper fiscal planning.

*Our policy on membership is inclusive and we will provide membership for any family regardless of financial situation.

Dues statements will be emailed out quarterly or mailed out by request.
